I want to thank you for checking out my website.  I'm a independent  owner/inspector and not a franchise, I personally perform all inspections- not an employee- and I work only for my client. In a field where experience matters, you can't go wrong with hiring my services. I use the tools, methods and experience that has proven  to do the job right since 1998.

I am dedicated to representing only my client and I will always act in good faith toward my client.  I will not accept any compensation for my services from anyone other than my clients, and the inspection will not be used as a vehicle to solicit or obtain work in another field of business. For the buyer, I make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing.  For sellers, I will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.

Typically, my clients can expect their report to be sent to them on the same day of the inspection. Once the report is completed, both the client and agent - if authorized- gets a Link sent their email address. All they have to do is tag the Link icon which real sends them to this web site.  From here they have the option of reading the report from this web page at their leisure for up to five years and/or print a PDF copy of their report. This process has a number of advantages; it allows the client to access the report through any computer with their dedicated Link. It also acts as a "Gatekeeper" by informing me who has accessed the report.

The information in my inspection report is confidential and not disclosed to any other party without the approval of the client.  Once the report is completed, should you have any questions, you are encouraged to contact me and I will do whatever it takes to insure that your questions are answered completely.
